What is Shankhpushpi Tea?

Preparing Shankhpushpi Tea

Making Shankhpushpi tea is a straightforward process that requires only a few simple steps:


– 1 teaspoon of Shankhpushpi powder or dried Shankhpushpi leaves – 1 cup of water – 1 teaspoon of organic sugar (optional, for sweetness)


1. Bring a cup of water to a boil in a saucepan. 2. Add the Shankhpushpi powder or dried leaves to the boiling water.

3. Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes. This allows the water to absorb the beneficial compounds from the herb.

Straining and Serving
